The company needed an electrically heated, economical and easy-to-operate steam generator with an output of less than 100 kg/h.

Solution

The ELEKTRO steam system from CERTUSS, with its fully electronic pressure and output regulation and immediate load adjustment, represents an economical solution.

With a company history spanning more than 200 years, Halloren Schokoladenfabrik AG is Germany's oldest chocolate factory. The sensitive confectionery and chocolate products they produce require gentle steam generation.

For many years, an electric steam generator from CERTUSS has been heating the cooking boiler for a variety of different praline fillings at the Halloren factory in Halle an der Saale

Decisive factors for the use of the electrically heated CERTUSS steam generators were the short heat-up time, fully electronic pressure and output regulation, immediate load adjustment and output regulation via output selector switches. The minimal space requirement of the E 64 steam generator and installation of the service-friendly compact unit requiring neither a permit nor German TÜV inspection agency monitoring were other decisive benefits.
