On the introduction of the CERTUSS product to JACOBS Bakery in April 2014, CERTUSS received an invitation to attend a site meeting to discuss the product in more depth.

During the meeting a number of locations within the facility were shown where existing steam boiler plant required changing due to the age and inefficiency. Tender details were to supply and commission Steam Generators and Package Plant Module that would be more suited to the existing steam demand on site, which had been reduced over the years.

The equipment required should be capable of meeting the required load demand of circa 100kg/hr, with a fuel supply of Natural Gas, with the steam production required 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The customer informed that they would retain the existing boiler plant for a period and that the installation would be in parallel. After evaluation of the requirements, CERTUSS UK offered a tender.
