Requirements

Steam supply with up to 2,600 kg/h of steam output for the production of natural cosmetics.

Solution

CERTUSS UNIVERSAL 1300 TC steam generators achieve the required output of 2,600 kg/h as an energy-efficient double system. A complete system, ready for operation with feed water conditioning equipment, was supplied.

The Lavera brand is known for its care and cosmetic products based on natural ingredients. A multiple system from CERTUSS has been in operation at the company's location in Wennigsen, for several years.

Steam is used in the production of natural cosmetics. Following commissioning of the new steam boiler system from CERTUSS, the customer confirmed that it fully and completely met their expectations regarding energy efficiency and savings potential. He is satisfied with CERTUSS service and praised the accessibility of their service technicians.

The lightweight and compact systems for steam output are highly advantageous. They can be installed anywhere with no problems.
