Requirements

Steam is required for ventilation technology at the British branch. A steam system at the facility for supplying the ventilation installation had to be replaced with rapid steam generators from CERTUSS.

Solution

Five years after the installation of two CERTUSS JUNIOR TC 500 steam generators, another order was placed for two additional CERTUSS UNIVERSAL TC 1000 units.

NXP Semiconductors is an international provider of high-output-capable mixed signal electronics solutions for a variety of industries. CERTUSS equipped the branch in Great Britain with a fully automatic steam supply required for ventilation technology.

During the first stage, the CERTUSS steam generator served as a replacement for an existing steam system for supplying the ventilation installations. Five years later, the steam supply was expanded with two additional CERTUSS steam generators with even greater steam output. Fully automatic, unstaffed boiler house operation is involved here. The steam supply was connected to the building control system.
